Due to the war in Yemen, jobs have become almost non-existent, and most large and medium-sized commercial companies have stopped their activities in Yemen.
For this reason, I tried to search for a job opportunity in Saudi Arabia or any Gulf country, and I am still searching, and I hope to find it through the website (zallaqa.sa), God willing.

And I had studied for one-year Higher Diploma, For the purpose of studying for a master’s degree in Yemen Academy for Graduate Studies , Sana'a, Master's degree in Business Administration / Finance Administration, But unfortunately because the war occurred in March 2015. I had stopped continuing my master's studies, and I could not complete my studies after that Because I'm busy with my work.
Work & Experience
My responsibility as " Billing Operator ": 1- Preparation, and migrate file calls to the billing system. 2- Prepare reports sales revenue of prepaid cards. 3- Introduction and definition of new phone numbers in the system. 4- Technical supervision and follow-up customer service system. 5- Directed and issuing monthly bills for all customers. 6- Monitoring report calls per day, which issued by the technical section. 7- Technical monitoring of Billing system, sales system, and customer service system. 8- Migrate and enter new SIM-CARD data in to the billing system. 9- Backup system data daily. 10- Perform any other tasks commissioned by the direct manager.
My responsibility As " Information Systems Administrator " : 1- Chief Technical officer for the company's computer systems, and information systems manager. 2- Chief Technical Officer for network systems and automated link between the public administration and branches and factories. 3- Technical officer of the company's financial system, sales system, and procurement system. 4- Technical officer of production costs for factories and warehouse systems. 5- Technical officer of salaries and wages, and attendance systems. 6- Control officer and the preparation of financial reports. 7- Database manager and assistant chief financial officer, for databases and information systems. 8- Director granting powers to the users of all systems in the company (entrances data, accountants, auditors, etc.). 9- Preparation of financial reports the end of each month.(Trial balance report, profit and loss report, sales report, et.). 10- Control of entry securities accounts and modify errors 11- Daily System Data Back Up, and maintenance of company database.. 12- Control system technicians, and make sure there are no technical errors in the system. 13- Any work and tasks I under a direct mandate from the Director-General or the Chief Financial Officer (as a member of the committee of the annual inventory, matching inventories, assigning buy, Assistant Director in financial closures final accounts, and other additional works). 14- Perform any other tasks commissioned by the direct manager.
About ZATCO - Company: - Was Establish in 2008. - Main works in Importing & General Trading. - Now working as Sole Agent of Xanto Lubricants products from RAKLUBE Oils Company – UAE, And XL Energy Drinks from XL Energy Drink LTD Company – Poland , And Frooti & Appy Juice drinks from Parle Agro Company-India. When I worked as a manager at the Al-Steen Plaza Hotel, I gained experience in the hotel work, and I earned what are the requirements of providing good hotel services to customers, and providing all the privileges that attract customers to choose your hotel instead of other hotels
My responsibility as " Finance Manager “: 1- Establishing the company’s financial system (preparing the company’s accounting system). 2- Preparing the statute and organizational structure of the institution. 3- Preparing all economic feasibility studies for all import operations and studying the items and their economic feasibility. 4- Follow up on the movement of cash flows and funds in all branches. 5- Follow up on sales and item movement periodically and evaluate performance in all branches. 6- Follow up on inventory movement and the movement of items and stores in all branches. 7- Follow up on the movement of branches, their revenues and expenses, and find deviations, if any. 8- Establishing company branches in Dhamar, Ibb, Al-Hudaydah, and Aden branch. 9- Implementing the monthly closings of the organization’s accounts and reconciling all general accounts, cash and funds accounts, bank accounts, inventory accounts, and customers. 10- Preparing monthly final financial reports and submitting them to the General Manager. 11- Follow up on collection work and follow up on customers’ debts. 12- Preparing sales analysis and annual growth reports. 13- Follow up on banks and all financial transactions with the bank.
